Privacy notice
Effective 2026-07-25 · This notice covers the Sombrero™ marketing site and waitlist operated by Coseera.
What we collect
When you request early access or join the waitlist we collect your work email address, your optional answer to which GRC platform you run, and your consent record. We do not ask for anything else.
Why, and on what basis
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about Sombrero™ early access and product updates, on the basis of the consent you give with the signup checkbox. We do not sell or share this information for advertising.
Where it goes
Submissions are processed by HubSpot (our CRM and email provider) and hosted infrastructure at Vercel. A copy of lead records may be stored in our own AWS environment. Each provider processes the data on our behalf under its data-processing terms.
Cookies
These pages set no cookies. We do not load analytics or advertising trackers, and the signup form submits directly to HubSpot without loading HubSpot's tracking script — so no tracking cookie is set whether or not you sign up. There is nothing to opt in or out of.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time: privacy@coseera.com. We keep these records until launch outreach concludes or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
